We had no microwave in room, could not use refrigerator for our personal things. At the casino my ID was also rejected several times and it was not explained what the issue was, had to stand there wasting more time for them to run the ID to be told it’s all set and they would remember us and every time we went to casino someone different was working so it happened all over again. We spent money in the casino on the slots as well as eating at the buffet and tipping our bellhop. Well when we got to property we were charged a “resort” fee which we could not see why seeing how an adult pool closes at 8 and that fee should have definitely been included in what we already had paid, as well as a deposit for the room which is also not understandable seeing how they already had our credit card in file from us paying in full, not our problem it’s just straight B.S!! We are tax paying citizens trying to enjoy a vacation and it was nothing but aggravation. We paid in full ahead of time to save money. I have used for years for all my stays at several different places and never had an issue like this time. When we arrived it was one problem after another. Was very excited to be going to this “resort”.
